WTH is up with nfa branch?

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

I warned them in advance that I couldn't draw good.
Why are you putting a reservoir tip on your can? Something to do with escaping gasses?

yeah, that disrupts the flow better. Gives it a retro look that I like too.

Been a month since I filed my Form1 and still nothing. Decided to fill out another one. Site was slow and I was having to wait while trying to enter the specs, so I decided I'd better add in a picture for clarity. You know, just in case. I was reminded of what I said I'd do on here, so I did just that, but added a bit more.

This should be the standard format for all suppressor drawings submitted to BATFE.

Although Forms 1's have come back to some in 3 weeks, I would wait a couple more weeks. Are you sure you want to refile and confuse them?
Your design is very hi tech and since it says pew pew I would think that it will be that quiet or you should get a refund from ATF.. after all they will be the ones approving your design...
