Form 4 2017 Still valid?

Form 4 2017 Still valid?

First post, can't wait....
yet my dealer (who is not very knowledgeable in this area) filled out my paperwork on the older verison of the form, Sep 2017 verision.
Does anyone know if it is still valid? Or will the ATF kick it back?
He didn't double side it either, but I understand that is not needed anymore.

Years ago, I didn't double side a form 1. I just printed it out on a single page for each side.

They kicked it back.
