If the border is closed, do current immigration laws apply to illegal crossings.
The only reason after 243 years the government now wants to disarm you is they intend to do something you would shoot them for!

If border is closed, there will be no legal immigration from that country.

What happens to the individuals who illegally cross....are they treated differently than before the border was closed?
