RFI: Small Arms Technologies Carbon Fiber

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

RFI: Small Arms Technologies Carbon Fiber

Post by yayarx7 »

So my boss was recently contacted by the Small Arms Technologies folks as they wanted us to sell their stuff. We don't do NFA stuff so no chance of that. This put them on my radar and their videos are good marketing, if not lacking a bit of polish.

Does anyone have any feedback on Small Arms Technologies or their cans?

My searching came up with exactly nothing about this company and only bad things to say about CF use in cans historically. (It appears as though Small Arms Technologies is using the Carbon Fiber as a heat-sink/shroud and not a structural member.)

TIA,

They are a new company and came out with their unique suppressors in 2018 and 2019, with carbon fiber tubes. So...not a lot of info on their performance.

I am all for innovation (as is everyone else here), and I wish them the best.
