In a Twilight Zone like episode, who could possibly arrest/impeach her
if she 'removed' Pence soon after.

Seriously, she and the DemoNrats are commiting sedition
by distracting and hampering the President's dealing with the new Russian
hypersonic missile threat,the Chi-Com joining Iran and Russia
in Naval maneuvers. A lesson can be taken from what Abraham Lincoln did to seditious
politicians during Civil War.

Reasonable speculation...

However, I think a more likely outcome if President Trump were removed from office is that Pence would be president and then a senator like Ted Cruz would be speedily nominated for VP and quickly confirmed by the Senate. Heck, maybe even Cocaine Mitch could become VP through this process before SanFran Nan. The reason is that the R's control the Senate and I believe the House has no say at all in a replacement VP.

Oops, the 25th Amendment changed the process for a replacement VP such that both the House and Senate vote for the replacement.

Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
