Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

It appears that the Super Precision Concepts internet page has been shut down.
Anyone have any information on what’s going on ?

Shopify pulled the plug on them a few days ago.

From Scott at SPC: “ Shopify dropped us without warning. Website is partially back up. PayPal only until credit card stuff finishes. Kit are not set up yet.”.
The site got up and fully functional today.
Typical Scott...really good guy who works really hard to deliver quality products.
