I really, really hate to say this, but those are some bullshit charges. Telling someone being arrested not to talk to the cops isn't obstruction, nor is it anything else. It is also protected speech under the First Amendment.
Once again, Georgia law enforcement fails to shock me with their absurdity. I had a deputy on my porch acting like an ass last Monday... sigh.

The moments I was censored was the moment that I won. That's twice, now. Thanks jwbaker, et al, for my victories.

As I heard it reported, he stepped in between the police and the witness in court and tried to stop the police from questioning the witness. The judge handled it from there.

There's a problem when a mexican can kill a black teen and it's national news for weeks cause it could have been white on black racism, but this black piece of human s--t can kill a white baby and there's no national attention at all for fear of people asking question about black racism in America. And I'll bet this public official hated to see the white devil of a police office treating this young black man bad cause he murdered a BABY!
When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns

Anyone that murders a child deserves whatever punishment they get, and in my opinion it should be as harsh as possible. On another note, the charges on this pimp/mayor pro tem are bs, doesn't surprise me one bit with it being in Ga. Additionally, I don't think that Antonio Santiago was white, nor is it about racism.
