How long are recent Trusts taking?

On a side note, I talked to a guy the other day that had an individual transfer go through in a couple of days over three weeks!

7/27 Form 1 "Error Letter" sent (their postmark)
7/30 Form 1 "Error Letter" received.

Still not pending..ATF says its taking about three weeks from check cashing to go pending, and then 5 weeks after that for approval....

I hope she was wrong..

My 7.62SD trust approval took 5 weeks. It was approved yesterday and is enroute to Bookhound...
I sent in Certificate of Trust and Citizenship certificate...along with the Form 4 and check...no problems.

I sent mine on July 31st, should be there tomorrow. I sent a copy of the declaration of trust, as well as notarized Certificate of trust. I figure that should clear up any confusion.

I think over on ar15 people have gotten around the same during the summer months, examiners take vacations, the people cashing checks take vacations, and then the lawyer review process, so im still happy with 5-7 weeks turn around..

Sent it via USPS july 9.

Approved Aug 3.

Should be at the dealer anyday

I called in today, she didn't mention when it went pending. Just that it had been approved on the 3rd of august. sorry

Sent mine in on Jul 3, Cashed Jul 5, approved on Jul 30, Arrived at dealer on Aug 3(Dealer closed on Fri) so I got it Yesterday, (8/6)

It is a Willmaker Trust in Florida. First NFA Item.

Yea they will give you when it went pending...just like to know so my time lines are 100% I mark it on calender start to end.. Yea like i have nothing better to do with my life...

AAC Pilot Form 4 Trust Transfer COMPLETE! (My first one!!! Yippie!!)

Mailed: 7/11
Check Cashed: 7/17
Pending: 8/7
Approved: 8/13

Thanks EVERYONE for all the help in the past couple months. I'll let you know how I like the Pilot this weekend.

And to put another nail in the coffin of the "Virginia Trust Issue," I live in Virginia and still used a standard RLT spat out by Quicken Willmaker and it worked just fine.
