Got onto the lake trout this last weekend. Boated 7 and kept 6. All between 4 and 5 pounds.

Musta been a few good fights in some of them 4-5 pounders and with them biting like mosquitoes were you able to resist playing them on the line a little before dragging them back to the boat?

But they must have all been vampire trout since you were unable to photograph any of them.

Sounds like a great day. I really need to get back on the water, as fishing may be the only thing that will take my mind off the wait times.
