If the seller transfered through a dealer, he should be ok to sell it shouldn't he? They sell used cans on gunbroker all the time. My understanding was if it was sold to someone out of state, the buyer would have to pay two transfer taxes. Hopefully someone that transfers used suppressors will chime in. Doubt liberal staff at ebay central would be happy though.

It ended yesterday with zero bids so maybe no victimless crimes were committed related to this item this day.

However, the fact that he was trying to sell it on ebay begs the question of whether or not it was acquired legally.

From the looks of the other stuff he's selling it may have been part of an inheritance or some storage container he purchased.

Those eBay spoil sports. Folks did not bid because they realized that it actually was
just that great looking cleaning brush that was actually being auctioned off.
