If the seller transfered through a dealer, he should be ok to sell it shouldn't he? They sell used cans on gunbroker all the time. My understanding was if it was sold to someone out of state, the buyer would have to pay two transfer taxes. Hopefully someone that transfers used suppressors will chime in. Doubt liberal staff at ebay central would be happy though.

It ended yesterday with zero bids so maybe no victimless crimes were committed related to this item this day.

However, the fact that he was trying to sell it on ebay begs the question of whether or not it was acquired legally.

From the looks of the other stuff he's selling it may have been part of an inheritance or some storage container he purchased.

Delivery was estimated to be 5-14 business days after receipt of payment.

There was no mention of NFA transfer laws or stamp taxes or

He was offering a return policy backed by the "ebay money back guarantee" on an item that can't be "returned".

I *think* ebay is not happy about people selling firearms on its site.

It is highly unlikely this would have been a legal transfer by either FED or ebay standards.

When I saw the auction it was up to $270 with 20 bids. Me thinks TPTB at Ebay got wind of it and killed it.

Those eBay spoil sports. Folks did not bid because they realized that it actually was
just that great looking cleaning brush that was actually being auctioned off. :) :)

I must admit that the ATF agent who thought this one up deserves the monthly Atta-Boy
Award for innovative thinking in creating a metal-moron's version of what used to be
called a Honey-Pot in the Community so long ago

He owns a thrift shop in Colorado Springs called "The Diggers Den". Most likely he doesn't have any clue, seriously.

Most people are clueless about senseless laws against victimless crimes, it's a sad state of affairs.

Chewing gum in Singapore, magazines in Iran, Pokemon in Turkey, Kinder eggs and suppressors in the U.S.

You mean the worthless Pokémon or this kind of Pokémon?

I wasn't aware of that ban. Does he know he is banned in Turkey?

I recall similar incidents from my younger years where blame was placed on studio wrestling and superman movies using the same logic.
