The 338-378 does have slightly more capacity than 338 Lapua and 338 RUM (125 gr H2O vs 114 gr H2O). You might e-mail Thunderbeast Arms about their 338 Ultra suppressor for use with your rifle, and ask them whether their suppressor will handle it (include the barrel length since they will calculate muzzle pressure to determine it). The Thunderbeast is known for excellent performance and long-range accuracy (Silencer Shop has it in stock). Also e-mail AAC about the Titan for use with your barrel length.

Call the suppressor manufacturers directly for a definitive answer. In my discussions with them, it seems gas pressure at the muzzle is the biggest consideration after suppressor construction and internal volume.

Are you firing factory ammunition now or handloads? What bullet weight?

If you're using 250gr. bullets, there is only ~100fps difference between factory loads for the two cartridges.

In either case, a can will not reduce the downrange supersonic crack of the bullet.

Ive only shot 3 shots with the factory 200 grain accubond once with the muzzle brake and twice without.

Are you looking for recoil reduction or muzzle blast reduction?

In that case, consider a muzzle device that directs blast forward instead of to the sides.

Two examples are the Helios by VSeven https://www.vsevenweaponsystems.com/helios/ , and the King Armory KA-0433 http://kingarmory.com/ka-0433_muzzlebrake_lapua.html . Of the two, the Helios directs all gases directly forward.

Both are less expensive than a can, and you'll have them in hand a lot sooner.
