Oregon Class III (Portland area)

Post by thunderh »

Has anyone had any experience with KAS Entertainment? 503.515.9919? I'm looking for someone to do Class III transfers who isn't gouging people on prices or giving the runaround on products.

Thanks!

Go through Erik Chaffee at Chaffee Arms in Gresham(Damascus), OR. Great guy with decent prices and good connections in the industry. Phone number is 503-658-8525.

Another option, if you don't mind the small drive, is hopping down to Salem.

Mick at MLC Exotic Class III is handling the transfer of my free AAC tattoo promo can, and he has been great to deal with.

Very efficient and courteous, and his transfer fee on my suppressor was only fifty bucks.

His phone number is 503-370-8900.

He probably won't know me from Adam, but if you wanted to you could tell him "Michael in Sheridan" recommenced him to you.

Good luck.

STAY THE F--k AWAY FROM KAS!!!!

HE'S A FAG, A THIEF, A BACK STABBER, A LIAR, SOCIALLY INEPT, AND GENERALLY MENTALLY UNSTABLE. He's already been kicked off of I think 2/3 local firearms boards for bad deals and problems. He's been advised by most board members as well as a deputy sheriff not to attend any arranged shoots.

Stay clear of this worthless chunk of tit meat.

Another +1 for ORL

Pat is a great guy and you won't walk away from there without shooting some really cool stuff.

He is also a fair and understanding dealer. To whom I owe a couple of cookouts.

Click on the link above and scroll down to Oregon.

We've done transfers to all of the dealers already mentioned (with the exception of KAS) and all have been great to work with.

I was just dropped in the MLC shop to look at an actual M4-2000 Blackout mount to get an idea about what will be needed for an adapter, and he mentioned that he was doing another free AAC tatt can as well... that must be you.

What suppressor did you choose?

BTW, Mick was great and very helpful with my request to check the mount out.

Mic's a good guy. I've ran a few transfers and a few buys through him in the past. I would prefer to make the trip to Vernonia though any day. Ya just can't get much better than a deal with Pat.

Another +1 for Pat.

I read about the promo somewhat late and kinda hemmed hawed around about whether to do it or not, but when my tattoo guy said he could get me in at the last minute and give me the design I wanted for a hundred bucks, I pulled the trigger.

Short of rolling my own suppressor, this was the lowest cost way for me to get a can. Besides which I'm sure it will be better than anything I could ever build.

Now the search begins for a competent local machinist who can work on my adapter idea, and who won't rape me over for what I need done.
