Good News:
I just received (6-03-09) THREE M4-2000's for the Branded Folks.
Form-3 dated 3-31-2009 approved April 16 2009
1 M4-2000 for
MB of Eugene
1 M4-2000 for
JD of Sherwood
1 M4-2000 for
CK of Eugene
Bad News:
I have NOT received the 762-SD or the EVO-45 M16x1LH Piston that a customer PAID for on Dec-12, 2008
Form-3 date of 01-26-09
I know I don't get over here as much as I used to, but what's the hold up on the 762-SD's?

Thanks Mike, for the call this morning on the 762.
Yes, please check on it & the piston so I can give my customer a realistic time line.

Damnit, who the hell do they think they are telling us our reasons of interest are not acceptable? Seriously, who the F--k cares why we want something, just approve the damn form, keep your mouth shut and throw that fucking stamp on the form.
Freaking pencil pushers getting all high and mighty.

Apparently forced overtime to review NFA forms begets lack of humor
What amount of a man is composed of his own collection of experiences... and the conclusions that those experiences have allowed him to "know" for certain as "Truth"? :Ick

LOL, someone just had to be a wise guy.
Was probably thinking of the internet glory he'd get if the ATF approved it, like the guy who put "Zombies" as the reason on his Form 1

Not the first time, and they do get approved:

So this 762SD is 6 months out, and 3 months since the form3 was approved.
When are you guys going to actually make them?
I hear the bottle neck is the EDM which does like 2 cans per day. Any truth to that?
