This is awesome. The past year has brought a lot of good news to the silencer community, specifically the rimfire crowd. Congrats on your work and I hope to hear it stacked up against competitors soon. Welcome to the board and thanks for the value priced can.
Edit:
Also, is it just me, or does your product page need work? I can't click links through Mozilla, but IE works just fine.

Thanks Richard and Brooks.
I have followed Richards work with guns and other projects for over a year now. He has some neat stuff. I'm very sorry to hear the BATFE has not approved his M11/180 yet. That concept looks like too much fun. When it gets approved, it should be the most reliable way to mate a M11 and a 180 drum.
Thanks for offering us a budget suppressor. I look forward to having my $99 can upgraded to Spectre level suppression and the upcoming videos.
This may be too optimistic, but have you guys tested these mono-core units with FA fire?

Strobro,
We're looking forward to getting the new baffle stack to you.
Over the next several days, we're going to decide whether or not to rate the Zephyr for full auto fire. Currently, it is rated for semi only, but on Tuesday, we plan to do some tests on the M11/180 with 275 round mag dumps.
As for tube strength, the rated tensile strength of the 4130 chromoly we use is 90,000 psi. We certainly don't recommend it, but in true Mythbusters fashion, we've actually fired several rounds of .223 in a 7.5" upper through the zephyr tube without failure of either the threads or the tube.

I don't have one of your suppressors, yet. But this is a very cool thing to do.For you folks who took the plunge and bought our first generation $99 k-baffle suppressors .....
we will upgrade it to Zephyr specs for $35 including return shipping. We will have it in the mail back to you within a few days of when it hits our door. We really want you guys to be happy with your inexpensive TM cans, and are confident that you will be very pleased with this upgrade.

Yeah, the Operative is an awesome suppressor. We are very proud of it. In fact, I dont even have one of my own yet b/c everyone local who demos it buys it! All you hear is bolt chatter when you're shooting it. In fact, if you listen in the video, the dry fire at the end is pretty much as loud as the actual firing even including bolt noise. That 10/22 integral looks awesome! I wish I wouldn't have dropped so much money on that Element now...
I guess I'll just have to save up for another tax stamp.
Add that to the fact that it's about 1/2 the price of competing take-apart 10/22 integral barrels....

Yes, sorry, I should have mentioned that in the specs.
It is a ported design, and keeps bulk pack high-velocity .22lr subsonic. In the video, we're shooting the winchester 333 high velocity bulk pack. Definitely no sonic crack.
Sorry the pics arent showing up right now. Our hosting server is probably being updated or something, but it will be back up shortly.
