I am currently looking into purchasing my first suppressor right now in the Albuquerque area. I am hoping that someone out there has some good information on getting the Form 4 signed off from the CELO or other sources.

Seems right now for the Albuquerque area Ray Schultz is the current Chief of Police. I am assuming that he is who I am going to need to sign my paperwork.

If anyone out there has any experience with this please post your tips.

Get it done is Santa Fe. State Police HQ. They will sign off on you.

Whats up Jeepjr. Welcome to the scene. Where abouts in ABQ do you shoot your C3?

Anyword if Schultz will do the sign-offs? If not, is the Sante Fe State Police HQ still the place to go? Haven't been able to get any straight answers for the sign off in the ABQ area.

i live in torrance Co. got mine done with out any problem !
sheriff White signed it even after he had arrested me a few years back ! :lol:
long story & i'm still a little pissed about the broken ribs :P
ofcourse the charges were droped & i am not a convicted felon.
seens like a real nice guy, invited me to come shoot at the range in mountainair.
so if you live in torrance Co. he's the 1 to see.

I just had this done. I went over to 400 Roma and gave it to them on 3/21/12. It was signed off by Chief Schultz and I picked it up on Friday 4/6/12.

Mailed off the entire package today.

Now the real wait begins.

I just joined to say thank you for this tip. if 41p goes threw I'll need it, and NM state police HQ is visible from my business. :)
