Public Ranges in Europe?

There is a possibility that I may be spending a substantial amount of time across the pond this next year. Are there public ranges in Europe where you can rent firearms to shoot? Is the cost even close to reasonable? It looks like most of my time will be spent in Spain. Madrid, Barcelona, Gijon. I'll be about a month in each city.
