Second, For Reciprocity When Traveling In Other States...

Yes, If I Understand You Correctly...The Bill Didn't 'Touch' The Existing Statute...It Just Allows Concealed Carry WithOUT A Permit.
I Have To Think...EVEN A Non-Resident IN Wyoming...Can Now Carry Concealed...WithOUT A Permit.
BUT...Those of Us Who Want A CCW Permit...For 'Instant Approval'...AND Out-Of-State Reciprocity...Can Still Obtain CCW Permits As Before...
Reciprocity...Is A 'Sticky Wicket'...What OTHER States Decide Is 'Reciprocal', Or Not...Is Arbitrary, Capricious...And Downright Confusing!!!

Simular bill move out of the Colorado State House last week. Now on to the Dem controlled Senate (good luck there), and finally on to our new Democratic Gov....long long way to go.
