Wyoming is Now the 4th State To Have CCW WithOUT A Permit.

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

Thanks!

I'm Going To Keep/Maintain My CCW, However...

First, For 'Instant Purchase' of Firearms Here In Wyoming...

Second, For Reciprocity When Traveling In Other States...

Oh, they're going to have BOTH options?

1)Resident carry=no permit required/optional?
2)Non-resident, carrying in WY=permit of state with reciprocity agreement?

If that's the case, this really is a win for all! 8)

Now we NEED to push for at least varmint hunting with suppressors. One step at a time.

Yes, If I Understand You Correctly...The Bill Didn't 'Touch' The Existing Statute...It Just Allows Concealed Carry WithOUT A Permit.
I Have To Think...EVEN A Non-Resident IN Wyoming...Can Now Carry Concealed...WithOUT A Permit.
BUT...Those of Us Who Want A CCW Permit...For 'Instant Approval'...AND Out-Of-State Reciprocity...Can Still Obtain CCW Permits As Before...
Reciprocity...Is A 'Sticky Wicket'...What OTHER States Decide Is 'Reciprocal', Or Not...Is Arbitrary, Capricious...And Downright Confusing!!!

Simular bill move out of the Colorado State House last week. Now on to the Dem controlled Senate (good luck there), and finally on to our new Democratic Gov....long long way to go.
