That time of year! Canning
The garden is in full swing. We have 5 4'x8' in the side yard that are well fertilized with chicken coop fortified compost so they can be over sown with green beans and the like. I've already canned 14 quarts in the last 3 day with another 14 quarts going up tonight. Before long I'll let them go to seed so that I'll have planting stock for next year. Heirlooms all the way baby.
