Whoa... back up a second, slugger. Let's focus on something more mundane than the current premise of your poll. Create a new poll that asks instead, "Do you believe a government-run program to deny firearm ownership to potentially psychotic people could be successfully implemented?"

Then we'll perform two task: we'll see that there is a consensus on this website whereby everyone says, "Hell no!" (I'll bet that would even beat out the old "Cortland likes buttseks" option). Secondly, the poll will allow us to smoke out the one or two retards who post here, as they will out themselves by saying, "yes". Then we can verbally belittle, berate, and harangue them until they leave.
