Re: Just found out there's a problem with my Form 4

Yes I know but their are like 50 other resons that could be checked on the rejection form.... They are what I'd like to know Might I suggest, rather than being concerned with potential or common reasons for the rejection of a "Tax Paid Transfer and Registration" just focus on the law &...

The RTDS is larger & has a different thread, hence the need to use the elusive encapsulator

Re: New KAC MP5SD Group Buy **ORDER PLACED!!!!!!!!

If concerns are serious why not just call Cliff?
With an order like this expectations short of +/- a year are unfounded.

BTW, when is the last time Knights built MP5SD cans?

Re: Just found out there's a problem with my Form 4

Had a few f4's bounce for various reasons, no worries.
They'll send your f4 back with a letter noting the issue. You correct it, send it back over night to your examiner & the x-fer will be complete in a day or two.

77/44 Integral Build

I've called a few manufacturers about converting my 77/44 to an integral & everyone has been real straight forward about their product(s) & backlog. At this point time is not an issue, but construction & disassembly/servicability are. From (my limited) known sources I've pretty much narr...

Re: Suppressor f'd up my gun!

FWIW this type of wear is not uncommon when a suppressor is not setup correctly for a gun, though it normally takes a while to show. KAC initially had the same problem when they were involved with the MK23 suppressor development. For those interested in reading there is a recent thread on hkpro that...

Seeking .50 Host - Bolt Action

I haven't been into rifles for ages & surveying the .50 market there seem to be plenty available these days so I'm in need of serious help . What I'd like to get is a single or mag fed bolt gun that can survive the pressure of a can without issues. Not so worried about a turnkey solution as subs...

Walther P99 & Can?

With a M 13.5x1 lh barrel what would be the best current (US) can to cycle a P99 reliably?

Thanks

Re: New KAC MP5SD Group Buy

Any way you look at it the price it is what it is if you want what you want & it can't be had.
Commodities don't come cheap & generally appreciate.

Re: P30 threaded barrel?

Can someone please confirm that the P30L barrel is GTG as a suppressor host in the P30? Wondered about this myself too. Did a search on HKPRO a while back but didn't find anything, don't think there is much more to date. If no one chimes in it's probably worth a call to HK-USA next week. My only co...

5.7 cans?

Hey guys,

Getting ready to SBR the PS90 & thread the FsN so the question is, Which can?
Currently I'm torn between the Sparrow & Spectre, though the Spectre is edging ahead for durability.

Thoughts/recommendations?

Aw, he's just a kid
Sure they want him to make them, but its not like baffles even compare to a beautifully stepped external profile.

Re: ATF NFA Travel Form??

5320.20 is correct for nfa transport. After you download it & start filling it out you'll find the form leaves no options. Once it's filled out for the trip to Nebraska you can fax it to the atf & you should have something back (fax) in a week or two. Be sure to allow plenty of time though, ...

Re: Making Your Own Silencer Covers (hot hot hot!)

We have a thermal blanket shop at work & some of the most promising fabric layers to date are the silica based ones. Best not worry about price though.
For marketed commercial fabrics check out some of the products ADL Insulflex currently has available.

Re: USP Scope mount

I have an H&K scope rail . It will not clear the front raised suppressor sight , as used on the tactical and USP SD , so it is unused . I also would like to get one of the B&T quad rails , as well as one for the Benelli Super 90 ... I'm interested in the scope rail if your willing to sell i...

If your not worried about grip or mirage, when your done shooting a good set of mechanics gloves will take the can off & then just set it on a piece of Velvet Shield to cool (for a while).

If you find it or if some one else has one I'd be interested in laser scanning it to a cad model.
Same goes for the HK mount.

Try DS Arms.
That one is the B&T quad rail, very rare indeed. HK made some scope mounts too but their equally as hard to come by.

Re: So, I need a silencer host...

Something else to keep in mind it the 9SD has a match trigger which is quite different than a standard USP. Before you commit to converting a standard try a tactical just to feel trigger pull & sear break. Any cal tac has a match trigger except the compact (.45). Personally I have all the USP's ...
