It is a link to the court case system to lookup actual information on cases you uninformed moron.

You have to key in search results yourself to find the records.... but lets jump to uninformed conclusions.

Better off being a bigot and jump to uninformed conclusions rather than seek facts.

Re: Cop sues mother of 6 year old boy he killed.

Wrong. This is one case from a group of filed items. https://caselookup.nmcourts.gov/caselookup/ This is assumption journalism that quotes one line and tries to use it to over-simplify what is going on. And now you have propagated this half-ass journalism as truth. How many other gun sites do you go...

You might be a victim of anti-police media propaganda on this one. When something like this happens there is a large legal apparatus in play. I imagine that there are at least 4 different insurance carriers involved in this case. Law Enforcement Legal Liability Policy Department automobile liability...

The actual company behind the program underwriting the risk is Lloyds of London. Regular United State insurance markets were not willing to offer this coverage.

This is no surprise to me.

Unfortunately, human nature being what is is with all the variations in responses to fear, more than 9 out of 10 people will respond similarly whether they have a gun or not. I am almost certain that this statement of yours is true, probably 9 out of 10 people DO run. They key is to allow the sheep...

On the other hand, a lot of such violent or threatening encounters happen so fast, that one may not have sufficient time to apply reasoning or logic to it, and react in a way that attempts to resolve the situation with intellectual reasoning.. If for instance pain is the first thing you encounter, ...

Re: Lefty realizes he has no "man card"

If someone has the balls to pull a gun on someone in order to demand an iPhone... we are waaaaaay beyond "what is worth more, someone's life or the iPhone"? A cogent philosophical discussion may very well conclude that nobody should ever die over an iPhone, not even a thief willing to thre...

Re: Lefty realizes he has no "man card"

Wow, you're even stooping to homophobic rhetoric in your vain efforts at defending an indefensible position. Drawing on a drawn gun, in a crowd, to defend a trivial piece of property, almost invariably leads to the victim becoming the injured or the dead victim. Such a scenario won't end well for a...

Re: Lefty realizes he has no "man card"

So once he gets his CCW permit and picks up a handgun, he'll be ready to draw on a drawn gun pointed at him? To defend his next cellphone? Seems to me rather likely that should he suffer a repeat of the incident, someone's going to die over a piece of communications equipment, either him, his assai...

Where is the fight in Maryland? Maryland reacted to Heller by maintaining the "YOU must have a good reason WE think is valid" requirement and IIRC they even added MORE restrictions to long guns.

Has there been much progress since Heller? I sure haven't noticed much. Perhaps I missed it.

Who would "choose" to go to war with an SKS? Perhaps the thinking isn't so far out of the box as it could be. He could have chosen a Mosin-Nagant.

This man just wasn't thinking straight all around. Perhaps it was the only rifle he could afford?

Seems to me that this is more akin to a high school bully that has an freshman by the back of the neck in the locker room and asks him... "which urinal do you want to drink from?"

There really isn't a choice here.
