Re: Coyote hunt with a suppressor?
That is one UGLY dog!!!!! :D Here is a video of a few dogs coming in between me and my house - usually they come in futher out, I had to spin around 180' -, I had to wait till I had a good backstop to take the shot @92 yards. You are looking through a NightForce @5.5 with a PVS14 behind it, with my ...

Re: AAC Prodigy...
Thought I would post this here also, since it is a Prodigy. So, I bought an Aviator, it was approved -early 2009 I think- and I let my 7yr old son shoot it around the house most of the time and hadn't noticed a problem -I thought he was a worse shot than he is  . . October 2009 - Once I final...

Re: 51T Brake and Larue OBR/AR10 ththread problem
My reply from Larue this morning, We do not make a spacer - it comes from the suppressor manufacturer. The Surefire adapters we use come with the spacer. I will try and secure extras but we do not have any at this time. Call AAC. Sales :? I guess I could just buy a few Surefire brakes, take the adap...

Re: 51T Brake and Larue OBR/AR10 ththread problem
So, I see after a bit of research here, AAC has known of the problem for a bit on their shallow brakes and still haven't got a solution or spacer for their customers? Brent seemed like he kind of knew about an "Issue", and told me it was because Larue and Surefire work together as for the ...

Re: Silenced varmint rig pictures
Kickass setup. I love the looks of the FS2000 with a silencer and ACOG. Is that the TA01NSN? I have to ask, how bad is it to clean after shooting silenced? I've heard nothing but conflicting reports, usually from people without a silencer... or an FS2000... Yes it is a TA01NSN :D . Clean it ...

Re: AR Gas Vent?
I bought 4 of these and use them on 2 of my SR-15s and one on my sons gun 16" light weight, they work well with he RTV mod -I had that done already. I have a Gasbuster and they I don't think they work as well as the RTV mod, and they suck if you are a lefty. I feel if is a worthwhile mod to and...

Re: something other than Triple Tap?
A lot of guys over on M4carbine run the Battlecomp. I haven't had any experience with them. I would like to get one but all of my carbines are wearing AAC silencer mounts. I have been quite impressed with the 51t muzzle brake. I run it on my 12.5" and it very good for recoil. http://i120.photo...

Dude you really need a helmet for that. There is a reason they call those "skull crushers". I just tried on an ops-core fast base jump. I sold my pro-tech alpha to buy the ops-core. It will make running NV so much more pleasant! Trust me. Nice shooting by the way! Thanks, I have one on or...

Re: Prodigy Keyholing Thread
So, my daughter wants to snuff the raccoon that keep bothering our dog, I wonder if hitting it with the P22 and Prodigy will have a better effect - bullet hitting it sideways - than just putting a .22 hole in it? Maybe it was designed like that for stopping power without over penetration. ...

Re: Stoner 63, LMG
I shot a right hand fed Stoner 63 that a guy built up in WA. We were at a shoot and he had brought it down to a shoot at TNW -.50 guys on OR - back in 2001. He said he had built several in beltfed and mag fed versions. At the time I wasn't sure what it was but I knew it was special so I had asked h...
