I dont know how it is in other counties in Texas but in Harris County you cannot arrest without getting it cleared with the DA accepting charges. If you call and the DA asks if you (the suspect) has paperwork, and you do, the DA will not accept charges. The DA must accept charges on anything filed i...

I'd like to add that I do have some residue behind my silencer and on the rail but my piston vents just on the other side of my shorty gas block as I run a 9" rail and short barrel with LWRC's shorter gas block used for custom applications (they have long and short gas blocks and long ones get ...

I did part of my LE rifle quals suppressed. No hearing protection needed outdoors if you are not near highly reflective surfaces. The impact on steel is louder than the rifle. This was an 11.7" SBR with SPR/M4. I let our shooting instructors shoot it and they all thought it was quieter than an ...

My friends and I have 3 SPR/M4s and we have never noticed it. Barrels were 11.7-12.5" in length at the shortest and 16" at the longest. No issues what so ever. No gas on objective, residue on rail, nothing. Definantly worth it over M4-2000 IMO. Adjustable POI (it works), one turn mounting/...

I can take an empty AR with bolt locked back, shoulder it and press the bolt release and the action closing makes my right ear ring. Thats with NO firing of a round. My SPR/M4 is not louder than that unless I get reflected supersonic crack. That also rings my ears (shooting in the open) but not more...

As I said, it as been a few years since I bought mine, but I remember that the POF on the market at the time had to have an adjustment made when firing with a suppressor. IIRC the piston had to be reversed or adjusted. In any case the LWRC that I bought needed no such adjustment when I put my M4-96...

Is it louder than a 7.62 SD or something that makes it undesirable for civilians? I have zero desire for a 7.62 SD and have wanted a SCAR-H for quite some time as the companion to my SPR/M4. Will they sell to LE as well as military? Id be quite upset if I could not get one now that I have finally he...

I dont see lack of wobble as a benefit if it does not accomplish anything. Its not like an imperceptable wobble decreases your rifles accuracy when suppressed. The SPR/M4 mount is still faster than a Ops 12th. The SPR/M4 goes 2.5" back over the barrel, it just lacks the distance needed for the ...

I don't think a reflex will work on your 12.5 anyway. There's not much room between the muzzle end and the handguards. The LaRue handguards are too small for a 1.5" OD can to fit underneath it. Not fit on a 12.5" barrel? Only if its a 10" or longer rail. This is my 11.75" barrel...

I found if you mount and unmount it enough times the tightest position will become the looses as you can tighten it a bit further. It does not have any impact on performance if its loose or tight. I always UNtighten it to make sure the can wont roatate after a full tightening. It will not tighten it...

The Ops can will require their mount and a specific barrel profile... the SPR/M4 can be had at lower than MSRP and the extra mount will fit any .750 and smaller profile barrel and only costs $125 MSRP. The SPR/M4 is a MUCH simpler solution since there are no other cans that will fit what you want.

Quietest 9mm carbine host?

Its prety well established that the Sig P226 is the quietest 9mm handgun host. If its not then what is?

What I want to know is what is the quietest 9mm carbine host in SBR format? MP5? AR? Uzi? Mac? Something else?
