Re: Form 4 Trust wait time.
My app was sent off July 7,2016 and approved Monday July 3, 2017 with notice to pick up my AAC QD 338 Big Bertha can on Monday July 17, 2017. But new discovery of the Devil in the Details  and had a cry  and went home without....... The app was resubmitted for a silly typo correction, ...

Re: Suppressor thread oil or lubricant - What is best?
My Spectre 2 and Sparrow both get extended drum dumps from 8 of the original metal 177 round drums to a pair of the Lexan 275 rounds at a time from the AM 180 and the best thing so far for the threads is the Versachem copper anti seize from O Reillys Auto Supply. Wore out the cans and completely gun...

Well, my dealer sent off the form with the corrected Firearms Trust in the "approved" section where she had previously initialed and checked the box. He was told that a supervisor or head of the NFA would correct and expedite for a quickie turnaround.... Ok, form was back at my dealers on ...

My form was approved but new discovery of an error in 2a....WTF!!!!!
Got a call from my dealer yesterday that my stamp came in!!! Christmas in July! And been waiting just over a year. Well, when I got there, the Form 4 in section 2a had a typo in the title as was submitted by the distributor. Instead of "Firearms Trust" in the spelling as expected, it reads...

I there a Surefire 338 can for sale in Texas?
With the new regs coming in soon, I want a last bite at the apple. So, it's got to be the big bore to catch all future rifles combos with a moderate rate of fire. I have always liked the Surefire taper mounting system with the brake. It's my 1st choice even if pricey to pay for what You get. Mostly ...

22 LR rimfire barrel extension specs. -Best way to attach?
My neighbor just got a Sig 552. Had to COOK the flash hider to get it off. Tighter than a lug nut on a 3/4 ton truck. So we have the Silencerco 1/2 x 28 TPI barrel extension to attach. I have the same extension on my Nylon 66. I'm partial to anti-seize but is it the best? Not a problem so far.My Rug...

Re: Henry is BACK!!!! Rugged Suppressors
Hello Henry, I just picked up my Spectre II a couple of days before Christmas and yes, it is really rugged! Like ball peen hammer durable. Mostly twice as heavy as the Sparrow which is retiring to a Pac-Lite and Nylon 66 with speedi-loaders. But the Spectre is going on the mad shooter 180 for the he...

Well, I have been waiting since August on my ball peen hammer tough Spectre II to attach to the mad shooter 180 and expecting Ms. Jones signing for Texas as my last 2 prior approvals. My next door neighbor got his Spectre II approved by Carrie Fishel last month. Nice signature. Looks good. And Santa...

MPK with blown extractor
My DS Walther MPK sub has blown an extractor lost during a recent shoot. Does anyone know of a source of NOS parts or an appropriate piece that can be modified from a 9 mm pistol or other SMG with a similar extractor for a lucky drop in fit?

Well, that comment wan't expected to be graded as an English composition paper as I cranked it out in less than 10 minutes pecking on my junky old notebook. I had to mention the novel idea of filling the woodpecker holes with rocks to keep those invader alien starlings out- with spring coming on, I ...

Can I add a speedfeed stock to my Ithaca 87 Marine?
I have an Ithaca 87 Marine in matte electroless nickel? or polished hard chrome? with the factory extended magazine. Keeping your firearm flagged is a demonstration of responsibility and responsible control. I inspect the firing line prior and give flags and bri...
