Re: Elmer Keith: The History of the Father of Big Bore Handgunning

It was quite a thing, going from having his father manually break and reset his arm to becoming one of the 20th century's foremost ammo designers. Men like him don't exist any longer – or at least they're not getting recognized.

Georg Luger: The History of the Man Who Designed the Luger Pistol and 9mm Ammo

After the American revolver, there is simply no other handgun in the world that is as easily recognizable as the Luger pistol. The Pistole Parabellum is it’s official name, but to virtually anyone, the weapon is simply the “Luger.” Georg Luger designed this iconic weapon, as well as the ammunition w...

Put the launch codes in a childproof pill bottle and Biden won't be able to get near them.

Posturing, mostly, but never underestimate the stupidity of the left's "common sense."

The Gadsden Flag: Don't Tread On Me

https://d1w4q6ldc8l0qo.cloudfront.net/media/AN/images/gadsden-flag-dont-tread-on-me.jpg It’s hard to miss the Gadsden Flag these days. Although it sprung back into popular American consciousness when the Tea Party first got its legs, this is a flag with a long and storied history. In fact, the flag...

History of 454 Casull Ammo

https://i.ibb.co/YBShH79/jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj.jpg For those who love big bore revolvers, the .454 Casull (pronounced like KA-sool) is often a favorite. Longer than the .45 Long Colt and much more powerful, this ammunition spent more than half of its life as a popular wildcat, not becoming a stan...

Re: H.R. 5717 bill that restricts guns

Any ideas on what's to be done? An all-out revolution seems unlikely. Not that revolution would be a good idea - the cost in lives and standard of living would be terrible. But it would also be unlikely to establish a better situation for gun owners. If anything, the crack-down which would likely r...

Re: Yeah, that'll work; stop shooting we need beds for virus

Of course this is little stuff. There's so much stupidity going on Baltimore's mayor saying stupid things is a drop in the bucket. The overall movement seems to be the breaking down of North America and before too many years the handing over of control to China. I for one am glad to be well stocked...

Re: .223 vs 5.56 which is better for Hunting?

When we talk about .223 and 5.56 both are identical in shape. In fact, we can load a .223 in a 5.56 chamber and both cartridges are widely used in AR guns. So the question is. Is it possible to hunt big games like a Bear or Deer in any of these cartridges or? Is there any step by step AR 15 build g...
