Has anyone here had any experience with FORM1Z suppressor kits? Failing that can anyone recommend a good higher end DIY option?

I've been looking to go the DIY path for my next suppressor and haven't had a whole lot of luck finding a quality product. I don't want to convert a heavy maglight or use cheap freeze plugs.
