Re: So who's filing for new Form 1 or Form 4 before Obama kills off NFA on trusts?

Just tell them you are volunteering for a charity that requires them. The charity I work for requires Fingerprints, Background check and a Military service check. We had someone say they were in the Air Force PJ's before and I ended up calling him out on it and called some PJ's I knew to verify, He ...

Re: Review: Silencerco Hybrid

No, The habit I'm referring to is the Saker, The Osprey, The Harvester, The Specwar and the Omega. Its clear that they could have made them either serviceable but for some reason they didn't. The Osprey could have been made serviceable, they made the new 22 can serviceable, the Salvo Serviceable and...

Re: 9mm PCC selection

I have shot several JRC's over the years and I have seen quite a few problems with them. Keltec sells a few, their Sub series are nice but they are not on par with a good AR but they are very light. A Scorpion EVO and an MPX are 2 I have just bought and I'm going too put form 1's in on them next mon...

Re: Quick SBR engraving question

I'm going to have to do something different because its way to long to fit and the engraver I contacted is now saying the polymer is going to be a problem, I guess I can do the slide or extended barrel portion, maybe I'll buy a 6" barrel for the Glock 20. I did see that some guys were engraving...

Re: NFA Trust & Multiple Suppressors Question

It has no bearing on the matter, I bought 3 while I was on the No Fly List (Mistake, I was supposed to be on the LEO approved list) Now, if you buy a bunch of regular firearms and the dealers fills out the Multiple Form and you do it in different districts, that does raise red flags. I had a visit o...

Re: Review: Silencerco Hybrid

Its not Serviceable because Silencerco is in the habit of not making any of their cans (Outside 22's) Serviceable. I have a feeling that it makes them easier to make and cheaper because they dont have to worry about sealing surfaces and the engineering that it involves. Or they believe that centerfi...

Re: 7.62 Saker barrel length with 6.5 Grendel SBR

I asked them the question before and I'm almost certain they said 12".... I run a Sker762 on my 18" Satern Barrel, your gonna love it, its nice and the recoil impulse changes a bunch, it turns into a gentle nudge instead of the sharp little smack you normally get.

Looking for ideas for Small pocket pistols with Suppressor

I'm starting to collect Pocket pistols and want one thats suppressed. I'm looking at a PPk in 22 currently but its kinda big and not a real PPK. I have a P62 and I'm thinking about having it threaded but its still big. Does anyone see this the same way I do? It would be cool to make a little binder ...

Re: Saker and mounts.

the Saker is nice, especially because you just 1/4 turn it and its on tight, the Specwar, I'm not a fan, You have to turn it a few turns then turn a locking ring, it seems like it is the same as a direct thread with course threads and a torque limiting jam nut almost. I have a Saker 762 and 8-10 bra...

Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

I put my first form 1 in and am waiting, I have a Schedule A but it shows how much I paid for the Notary. Mine says that a Inventory will be maintained but doesn't include it by name other than to say it will exist. My lawyer said he doesn't put them in because they become public record when you fil...

Add Temple Terrace Fl (Tampa area) to the list. They were suspected of a Honor Killing in 2008. Looked over your map and kept thinking there was a guy in California who called himself the Mullah of Baladulla....funny, just can hear Michael Buffer announcing him. AND IN THIS CORNER .....MALIK "T...

I know the plastic is going to be hell, it only has to be 1/16" , I guess it will help a little. read the ATF statute on markings: §479.102 III. Your name (or recognized abbreviation) and also, when applicable, the same of the foreign manufacturer or maker. I recognize the abbreviation  T...

If I filed under a trust and there is an abbreviation in the trust for the name of the trust can i have the abbreviation used on my engraving? My biggest problem is that I had problems with CMMG rimfire adapters in the past and never had one that ran right and I had friends who had trouble with them also. Thats a real open ended question, I'd say it depends on your use, I recently started sending one in each month for the next few months because I have a use for them, I have wounded vets using them that I hunt with who have a hard time holding up a long barrel, especially with a can on it. If your li...
