I'm not saying your can(s) aren't good enough. The mini just seems like a hard beast to tame.

You got that right about a beast to tame. My current suppressor works but it's dB reduction is not where I would like it to be, so I'm working on improving it.

If an individual were to buy a Minigun suppressor, would it count as one tax stamp or six? (YIKES!) I would hope it could be just one for simplicity, plus with that kind of shooting any savings would be most welcomed.

I suppose like the Minigun itself cleaning is a bit of a time consuming task.

So basically the wear on it is almost the same (or slightly less) as it is on every other FA rated can b/c it's only 500 rpm per barrel, correct?

Here's a bit of an out there question. Is steel cased ammo OK to use in a minigun? I'm seeing some really good deals on steel cased .308 and figured if it saves me 30-50% that adds up pretty quick when plowing through it that fast. I might be attending a MG shoot in the future and that'd be a way for me to have plenty of ammo on hand for it.

No problem with steel case ammo in the Minigun as long as the rounds have good primers. Slow primers are hell on a Minigun.

Very good. Are there any particular brands known for slow primers to avoid?
