One thing that jumped out of me is that most of the parents seem like they need extreme makeovers in their dress, hairstyles, etc.

A friend was just talking about this show at dinner last night. It sounds disgusting...

Re: TV show Toddlers and Tierras
Before ever seeing one, I thought the concept of putting makeup on little girls was disgusting - especially since I approach makeup on woman with extreme prejudice.
After seeing a show, I can say it does not bother me much - they are just playing dressup - and learning important things about competition.
Kids in school get 'participation awards' for just being in an event. This is much less disgusting as they actually have to do well to get awards.

My wife and I call the show Prostitots.
And its on right now, on TLCHD. It looks like a marathon.
You can take a sweet or ugly little 3-6 year old and turn her into a disturbingly sexual item...its wrong.
And half of their dads are obviously gay, they just don't know it yet.

Re: TV show Toddlers and Tierras
There is a certain age for which below that age I cannot see anything related to sex and all of these kids are way below that age.
But are they likely to become strippers when they turn 18? I am going to say - no, not really. No more than anyone else within their circle of friends.
The bulk of the adults participating seem trashy to me (bad hair, bad clothes), but I just think that is more related to the provincial nature of many mall-going Kmart shoppers in general who live in flyover states than anything related to pageants.

Damn I find that comment deeply disturbing. Anyone who could see anything sexual about what is classified as an infant under the law needs to turn themselves in for castration and lock up for life or better yet get checked out of this worldBISHOP wrote: You can take a sweet or ugly little 3-6 year old and turn her into a disturbingly sexual item...its wrong.

I am not saying that for myself, though it does sound that way doesn't it?

You guys aren't alone, BISHOP... I've never seen the show myself, by my girlfriend rails against it every time she sees it in the channel guide with the same complaint - creepy adults trying to sexually objectify children.

I have many words for the parents, but none of them seemed creepy.
They are just highly competitive much like sports parents.
I still don't see it as sexual.

I can only imagine the majority of the viewership is made up of unfulfilled women with self esteem issues and pedophiles.

If you're a parent and don't know where to buy toddler boy clothes, then you can buy here. This is a good site called The Trendy Toddlers and there you can buy quality clothes such as T-shirts, shorts and others on this site, so go to the site and buy quality clothes for your child on this site
