Right, just the title of a subject or article and its link.
You can still comment on the subject if desired.
I would imagine RS will delete the "old" random forum as it would be the easiest and quickest way to clean the old forum.

Leave it to a fucking lawyer to figure out a way to screw people out of more money.
Nothing says "Obey Me" like a bloody head on a fence post.

A few lines from an article is usually ok.

The 1961 Report of the Register of Copyrights on the General Revision of the U.S. Copyright Law cites examples of activities that courts have regarded as fair use: “quotation of excerpts in a review or criticism for purposes of illustration or comment; quotation of short passages in a scholarly or technical work, for illustration or clarification of the author’s observations; use in a parody of some of the content of the work parodied; summary of an address or article, with brief quotations, in a news report; reproduction by a library of a portion of a work to replace part of a damaged copy; reproduction by a teacher or student of a small part of a work to illustrate a lesson; reproduction of a work in legislative or judicial proceedings or reports; incidental and fortuitous reproduction, in a newsreel or broadcast, of a work located in the scene of an event being reported.”
Copyright protects the particular way an author has expressed himself. It does not extend to any ideas, systems, or factual information conveyed in the work.

Re: Rules
We've been down this road on ST.com before.......just like Tit's fanboys fiercly protected his "work" they pointed out that Fair Use does not apply. But............ one can not copy ALL the work, just bits and pieces. Then Fair Use does apply.
The issue lies in copying the entire body of work.........if that's done, they have a case and Fair Use does not apply.

It's all about the settlements.

"The plaintiff's claim is barred by its unclean hands, in that the plaintiff is engaged in barratry."
(Barratry is defined as the excessive incitement of litigation. Righthaven defendants say the company's typical procedure of suing without trying to resolve copyright infringements out of court backs up this claim. Righthaven says it's not practical for newspapers to contact alleged infringers to request they stop infringing.)
