You've probably read about this elsewhere, but the 9th Circuit court of appeals has ordered an en-banc appeals hearing (11 judges) concerning the Peruta case which opened up all CA (and Hawaii and others) to shall issue concealed carry.

There is a real possibility of overturning the previous 3-judge Appeals decision in the 9th Circuit which could take CA back to the bad old days of most areas not issuing CCW permits.
What's the opinion here on whether the lefties on the 9th circuit will overturn the well-reasoned Peruta decision?
On the bright side, if the future 11-judge appeals decision upholds the Peruta decision, then Hawaii will become ostensibly "shall issue" on CCW permits
