HPA Passage By Woman Power

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

HPA Passage By Woman Power

Post by Historian »

Woman are a major segment of firearms buyers from latest statistics.
Why?

Based on the marxist success in the corrosive defunding the police, their legal protection,
and well deserved respect more folks ... except mythic thinking, safe in their gated
communities, able to pay for security details ... desire not to be a passive
and willing victims. Their family's and their own lives now rests on their shoulders.

A suppressor on a home defensive firearm would truly give a woman that extra
edge under stress that would be afforded by reducing the jarring and
disorienting sound of a pistol's sharp report.

Ages ago police would tell women not to resist or use a gun since the criminal
would take it away from them and use against them. Not the present day, intelligent,
smart, tough, modern women. She'll defend her 'cubs' thankfully is like a jaguar.

The HPA Passage Movement really needs woman power to pass the legislation as
it was for passage of their right to vote. Their lives and those of their children would
acquire a better chance of survival from home invading predators if the firearm effectiveness was
not rendered uncertain by the sharp report. Guys will also benefit, not that they would admit. :)

Is it time for CPAC, NRA, Conservative Women's Movements to lead the way as
a modern "Susan B. Anthony" to galvanize woman power?

"S,B, Anthony was an American social reformer and women's rights activist
who played a pivotal role in the women's suffrage movement." - WIKI

And the demented anti-American leftist's specious argument that criminals would
use suppressors can be rendered moot ( both in the legal sense and its meaning in
the Albanian language homonym :) ).

First, the 1934 NFA did not cause Southie's Jimmy Bulger(a.k.a Whitey ... but not to his face)
pause. He did not want to damage his hearing. Just ask Zip.

Second, street gangs would avoid them as they would be easy to spot
with a 5" can attached to their illegally obtained weapon,
bulging out of their pants .." it isn't a gun with a silencer, officer,
I am just turned on seeing you in that macho uniform, cutie.". :)

Hiram P. Maxims book "Experiences with the Maxim Silencer" front cover were women using the can.
It was a staple of women's shooting in that era.
