I am considering the Magpul SGA stock for my 14'' 870. I haven't been able to get my hands on one in any local store to check them out in person. I like the fact that you can remove the spacers to get a short 12'' lop on the stock, which is one of the main reasons I am considering it. However, in pictures it looks very bulky and unwieldy.
I would appreciate some feedback from those of you who have actually handled one in person.

Re: Experience with Magpul SGA Stock?
I have one on my Mossberg 590A1, I like the way the grip itself feels and I am able to get a good cheek weld. I installed a Magpul QD socket on mine for use with a single point. The rubber buttpad that comes with it could be slightly thicker, but it works. Only think I might do is add the buttpad adapter to it and install a limbsaver.

Thanks for the input.
