Load data 147 HST

Post by THL »

I’m looking for good starting load preferably with n320 or n340. I also have some clays, autocomp, power pistol, be-86 and others. Use will be in supprressed glock 17 and various subguns/PCC’s. Vihtavuouri has data for 147 XTP with COAL of 1.142. XTP projectile length is .025-.030 shorter than HST so if I just add the difference I’m over SAAMI max with the HST. My computer just s--t the bed so no quickload until new one arrives. I’m inclined just to start with 3.9 grains n340 and COAL of 1.165 and see what happens.

Is nobody here anymore?

I use about 3 1/2 grains of Bullseye with a 147 JHP bullet.

Brass just barely drips out the side of my Glock 17 with SWR suppressor.
