RCBS customer service comes thru for me - AGAIN

Post by Artful »

So a while ago I picked up a used RCBS press and someone had evidently lost the nut that held on the handle and replaced with a castle nut from the front end of their truck or something similar - I contacted RCBS and they just for free mailed me a replacement. I was impressed but said to myself a $0.50 nut good for free publicity - excellent decision on their part.

I picked up a used RCBS Universal primer hand tool - it only had the large size primer feed and that was busted and no tray - so I contacted RCBS again to see what it would cost for a Tray, a large and small feed and the wrench and small primer push rod - they just responded that it was ALL headed my way without charge. Color me impressed - I couldn't find the small stuff but the Tray they sell for $8.95 so I'm guessing it's about $20 bucks of parts. Now this is approaching or equal to the kind of treatment I get from Dillon.

I think I'll write a Thank You letter for their wall.

Anyway for any of you looking for Great Reloading Products and Service,
Think RCBS and Dillon - Like I Do.

Same service for me. I picked up a used de-dapping die that had the wrong primer rod in it. I called them and they said to return the entire die incase the die itself was damaged. I told them I ran a tap through it and all I needed was the rod. They didn't care that I bought it used. The new rod and a handful of new pins arrived a couple days later.

It's refreshing to still have companies out there that actually care about the customer! I have a bunch of RCBS gear, and will continue to support them because of there customer service.
