Extended family member who studied and worked with famed First Amendment lawyer
Harvey Silverglate pointed to this Youtube tutorial by him.

With a calm smile " ...I am invoking my right to speak only to an attorney,
this conversation is over.
" No further utterances should pass one's lips!

Having grown up long ago in Southie with dear close neighbors who were the
paradigm of the TV program 'Blue Bloods' ( father, uncles, cousins, 7 kids, etc., BPD )
and older brother's BC High classmates who became esteemed FBI agents it is disheartening to
see the great organization sullied by the higher echelon that have
been seen on TV in the past few years.

Humorous story. There was an old Southie rubric .. STFU...
Long ago in 1940's grade school 5th grade teacher
asked in history class "..who killed President Lincoln? "
Classmate, whose family was shall we say not Law Enforcement material,
popped up immediately ... " I didn't!".
Then all the kids and teacher roared
in laughter.

God Bless and Protect all honest LEOs.

I listen to the video referenced by Good Luck America a few times a year. I also bought James Duane's book after it was posted by a member on this forum. ... s-enforced

(2) by means of any scheme, plan, or pattern intended to cause the person to believe that, if the person did not perform such labor or services, that person or another person would suffer serious harm or physical restraint; or

(3) by means of the abuse or threatened abuse of law or the legal process,

shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If death results from the violation of this section, or if the violation includes kidnapping or an attempt to..."
