Oklahoma currently has open carry with a permit. On Wednesday the OK senate passed HB-3098 by 37-9, which if signed by the Guv would allow people 21 and over to open carry without a permit. The Bill needs to go back through a conference committee to first finalize it with the House version, and then on to the Guv.
