Does qualified immunity apply to the 4th branch of the government?

There was a long video of the shooting of Ashli Babbitt that showed at least a minute before the shot was fired and at least a minute after. As far as I can tell its been memory holed. Can anyone find it? Preferably uncut without comments.

I saw an interview of John Sullivan shortly after the shooting where he claimed to have been an eye witness.

Insight from The MAG.

Not during the commission of the Crime. Only after it has ALREADY taken place, and even then the immunity is of very limited scope.

But even asking someone to commit the crime of taking Private Documents waives their Qualified Immunity as Journalists. Because they are requesting that the crime take place. Any benefits that they gain from the delivery of the documents would be classed as "Fruits of the crime."

Even Lawyers dislike talking about how to avoid committing a crime, because they are then placing themselves into the role of a Principle, rather than Advocate/Counsel.

In this video clip, Sacker and Sullivan even discuss the necessity of not capturing their Planning/Conspiracy on record. Sullivan also states that while he uses "Journalistic Access" to commit crimes, he's clearly not a journalist, and yet it works every time. (That is my paraphrase of his Statement.)
