New to the suppression world... Just finally received my Griffith Dul-Lok after waiting 11mo. I wanted to put it on my AR-10 with 1/10" twist 20" inch barrel.
What buffer weights and ammo have been consistently able to make a semi cycle?

I'll chime in since no one has.
The short answer is, you don't. Supers only when we're talking .308. If you want subs, then small-frame AR and 300 Blackout is the answer. AR-10s are finicky and even full power suppressed can be a bit touchy at times. Subsonic, it just isn't going to happen. On top of that, they often don't stabilize if you do feed them one at a time.
