Suppressed Muzzleloaders?

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Suppressed Muzzleloaders?

Post by alordnapa »

A number of years ago, there was a gun manufacturer offering a .50 Caliber percussion muzzleloader with an integrated suppressor. Did the BATFELGBT bitchslap that product out of existence, or was it just unpopular? Did Congress outlaw it?

I am sure that there are a few iconoclasts out there that use actual, 2000 year old formula black powder. You know, the kind of guys who really enjoy cleaning their rifles for hours after every shooting trip. Fortunately for me, I am not of of those guys!
