Timing gears instead of a belt or chain? Bet It's loud going down the road....

But seriously, thats amazing. I'm guessing Its diesel, since there doesn't seem to be a distributor, or any other source of spark. But being foreign, that would make since.

Amazing piece of work. However I don't think it is run by combustion I am thinking it is only run off compressed air. Given by the hose going into the air intake and the relatively quiet exhaust note. I own a nitro R/C car and it is obnoxiously loud, best compared to the noise of a a go-ped. However in this video you can hear the rockers buzzing and the camshaft turning which means the exhaust is making almost no noise.

I couldn't see any heat signature comming from the exhaust.

This guy has too much time on his hands.

It is probably running on compressed air. That's fairly common for model engines.

Nice but not seriously increditable. I saw it several years ago produced by another man.
His one differs a bit, but not globally.
Wel, let`s say good luck to a boy. Some day he may invent smth really brilliant :D
