Need help finding a thread

I had a link saved, and also had pictures from this thread. but got a ransomware on my computer and lost it all.

the thread had step by step pictures how to cut cones on a lathe. I don't remember what caliber they were for. but it was very detailed on the procedure for doing it.

does anyone have a link to this thread?

Unfortunately a lot of old pictures here have broken links nowadays.

Also, there's different ways to do cones mainly affected by your lathe's size and how it is configured, what tooling you have and personal preference.

I have a friend who is wanting to build some for his form 1. I could show him, but don't have the time for about three months. those pics that im searching for can show him how to do it. yeh searching here sucks. lol
