EMR - what's it worth

Considering a gently used KAC EMR, with all original paper work and parts (stock) + a Magpul PRS, one 10 rnd KAC mag, and 2 Magpul 20 rnd mags?

I wouldn't pay much more than $4000 for it given that MSRP on a new ER (pretty much the same gun) is $4368.00. SR-25 scarcity might make it more valuable.

I'm just hoping to see the new APC guns out soon. I was really hoping to see the ACC rifles this year, let's hope for next year.
