Pistol brace rule form1 question

So I just got form1 back approved with conditions. “Pursuant to ATF final rule 2021r-08f”. So now that I have that, does it mean I can swap the brace for an actual stock? Or does that just mean it’s ok with a brace? Sorry if this is common knowledge but I didn’t keep up with the whole thing. Just did a bunch of free file eforms

As I understand it, the "pursuant to..." is because of the tax forbearance aspect of the application.

Once your form is approved, it is "approved", and you are free to do anything you want to your registered SBR.

Disclaimer - I'm neither a lawyer nor an ATF employee/agent, and I didn't stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night. So this is just my personal perspective!

The use of pistol braces is regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
