Pistol brace rule form1 question
So I just got form1 back approved with conditions. “Pursuant to ATF final rule 2021r-08f”. So now that I have that, does it mean I can swap the brace for an actual stock? Or does that just mean it’s ok with a brace? Sorry if this is common knowledge but I didn’t keep up with the whole thing. Just did a bunch of free file eforms

Re: Pistol brace rule form1 question
As I understand it, the "pursuant to..." is because of the tax forbearance aspect of the application.
Once your form is approved, it is "approved", and you are free to do anything you want to your registered SBR.
