I have an older SWR octane 45acp suppressor. I was interested in putting the Griffen armament flash hider end cap. They mentioned that it could be compatible with the Octane. It's the same thread pitch and length, however the last baffle (which slips inside the current end cap) doesn't fit the flash hider end cap. I imagine I could run the suppressor without the last baffle, but I'm sure that would cause a reduction in the sound suppression.

Has anyone else gone down this path with any success?
